Maths Challenge Week
This week is Maths Challenge Week!
Children are being challenged to think outside the box and apply their maths skills in innovative ways this week, both in class and outside lesson time.
On top of the fun activities children will be faced with in school, there are a couple of extra challenges for them to be trying at home.
Firstly, there is 'Tremendous Tessellations'. Children are being challenged to create the most creative tessellated pattern that they can.
Secondly, 'Times Rhymes' challenges children to write a poem, song or rhyme to help others learn their times tables.
Children will have until Thursday to submit their entries and Miss Straw will choose and announce winners in Friday's assembly.

Good luck, everybody!
