Home Learning Internet and Computer Access Questionnaire
As part of our strategy to support teaching and learning for all children, we have put together a 'Remote Learning' plan so that all children continue to receive daily education in the case of a local lockdown or closure of a 'bubble' due to a confirmed case of Covid-19.
To support us with this, we need to gather some information from all families regarding their accessibility to the internet and computer devices should your child have to stay at home.
We would be grateful if you could answer the following questions by Friday 18th September to enable us to ensure that your child continues to receive online teaching and learning should your child be advised to remain at home by Public Health England,.
