PE and Outdoor Learning Days for Spring Term

Please find below the Outdoor Learning and PE Days for your Year Group and Class for the Spring Term starting 4th January.

 

 

Busy Bees

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Busy Bees Outdoor Learning will continue to be every Tuesday afternoon. Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing on these days with lots of warm layers and wellies in a separate bag. PE sessions will be every Thursday so please come to school in PE kit on these days.

 

FS2

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Ladybirds and Butterflies Outdoor Learning and PE sessions will alternate every Monday. Ladybirds will have Outdoor Learning on weeks 1, 3 and 5 whilst Butterflies will have it on Weeks 2, 4 and 6. You will have PE on the week you do not have Outdoor Learning so please come in PE kit on these days. Please come dressed with lots of warm layers to add for outdoor learning and your wellies in a separate bag.

 

Year 1

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Oak and Maple Outdoor Learning sessions will be every Monday and you will also have PE on this day. Please come dressed in PE kit with lots of warm layers to add for outdoor learning and your wellies in a separate bag. Your second PE session of the week will be on a Wednesday so please come dressed in PE kit on Wednesdays too.

 

Year 2

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Pine and Willow Outdoor Learning sessions will be alternate Wednesdays. Pine will go outside in Week 1, then Willow in Week 2 and so on. Please come prepared for outdoor learning on your class’s week – you can check the dates below if you’re not sure of your week. On the Wednesday that you don’t have outdoor learning you will have PE so you still need to come in your PE kit on this day. Your second PE session of the week will continue to be on a Friday so please come dressed in PE kit on a Friday too.

 

Year 3

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Meerkats and Raccoons Outdoor Learning sessions will be alternate Fridays. Meerkats will go outside in Week 1, then Raccoons in Week 2 and so on. Please come prepared for outdoor learning on your class’s week – you can check the dates below if you’re not sure of your week. On the Friday that you don’t have outdoor learning you will have PE so you still need to come in your PE kit on this day. Your second PE session of the week will continue to be on a Tuesday so please come dressed in PE kit on a Tuesday too. You will no longer have PE on a Wednesday so please now wear uniform on this day.

 

Year 4

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Lemurs and Koalas Outdoor Learning sessions will be alternate Tuesdays. Lemurs will go outside in Week 1, then Koalas in Week 2 and so on. Please come prepared for outdoor learning on your class’s week – you can check the dates below if you’re not sure of your week. Your PE sessions will be on a Monday and Wednesday so please come dressed in PE kit on these days too.

 

Year 5

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Red Kites and Owls Outdoor Learning sessions will be alternate Thursdays. Red Kites will go outside in Week 1, then Owls in Week 2 and so on. Please come prepared for outdoor learning on your class’s week – you can check the dates below if you’re not sure of your week. On the Thursday that you don’t have outdoor learning you will have PE so you still need to come in your PE kit on this day. Your second PE session of the week will continue to be on a Wednesday so please come dressed in PE kit on a Wednesday too.

 

Year 6

For Spring Term 1 (starting 4^th January) Ospreys and Blue Birds Outdoor Learning sessions will be alternate Wednesdays. Ospreys will go outside in Week 1, then Blue Birds in Week 2 and so on. Please come prepared for outdoor learning on your class’s week – you can check the dates below if you’re not sure of your week. Both classes will continue to have PE on a Tuesday so please continue to come in PE Kit on these days.
