Remote Learning Update 8.10.2020
8.10.2020 - 12:00pm
Good afternoon everybody.
I hope that you are all keeping well and safe. I want to begin by saying a HUGE thank you to everybody for your support with the continuation of teaching and learning by all of the families within our school.
I wanted to give you some updated information regarding remote learning to support you all over the next few days.
This week, all children are using the 'Class Pages' section of the school website to support Remote learning. Class teachers are uploading work daily, inline with the classroom provision which would have been in place. Some teachers are trialling video presentations at the moment to support with this.
Class pages can be found using the following links:
Years FS to Y5 will be using the class pages and the school blog to submit work. This is because not all children have yet received their log in codes or have used Seesaw with their class teachers. Mr Hayward-Mitchell will be emailing parents/carers with their child's log in details for this.
Please watch this video by Mr Hayward-Mitchell which shows you how to use the class blog system.
UPDATE 8.10.2020 (5:30pm) - All codes have now been emailed out so please take a look at you inbox. If you have not received your code, please contact us at email@example.com where we can support you with this.
From Monday 12th October, Remote Learning will move onto the Seesaw platform. These classes have been fully taught in how to use Seesaw and have their access codes.
