Each week I will set you a new personal challenge to complete at home.
The aim of these challenges is to improve your perseverance by challenging you to beat your personal best. So you will need to practise this challenge at least 3 times in a week.
Below, you will find a personal challenge booklet that you can download or simply record your challenge times on a piece of paper.
